Aero Precision, a Greenwich AeroGroup company, has signed a joint venture agreement with Integrated Logistics Company, a subsidiary of Saudi Aerospace Company (SAC) to logistically support the Saudi Arabian Military and Civil aviation industry in the Gulf Cooperation Council.
The joint venture will operate under the name Aero Precision Industries Saudi Arabia and will have headquarters in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia in a state-of-the-art facility which is currently being constructed in North Riyadh, parallel to the prominent King Abdullah Financial District. The joint venture will provide logistics and component repair services, upgrades and modification across all platforms combining the resources and expertise of Aero Precision Industries LLC and Saudi Aerospace Company.
“Establishing Aero Precision Industries Saudi Arabia LLC, will strategically enhance what SAC has been promoting through its logistics arms,” said SAC President and CEO Mohamad Alharthy. “SAC is committed to being an industry leader in logistics with our MRO facilities and technical education academy and with the addition of the joint venture.”
