NASAM, a Greenwich AeroGroup company, announced today it has formed a new distributorship agreement for the Japanese market with Kairos Autonomi.
NASAM will be responsible for distribution of all of Kairos Autonomi’s products including its Pronto4 Uomo which is a robotic appliqué kit that can be installed in an unmodified vehicle in about 10 minutes to provide tele-operation and GPS path-following control. The Pronto4 Uomo enables optional, dependable autonomy for training, construction and tactical operations.
"Unmanned Ground Vehicles with Pronto4 Series Robotic Appliqué Kits should be useful for various missions at inaccessible sites such as the area near the damaged nuclear plant at Fukushima,” said NASAM’s Vice President of Defense Programs Daiki Yamaguchi. “We plan to provide demonstrations of the Pronto4 Series Robotic Appliqué Kit to potential customers in Japan in the near future.”
On October 2-4, 2013, NASAM will be exhibiting the Kairos Autonomi’s Pronto4 Series Robotic Appliqué Kit in October 2-4, 2013 at RISCON TOKYO 2013, booth #1C47. RISCON is the largest Security & Safety Trade Expo in Japan. The event is largely sponsored by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, the host for the Tokyo Olympics 2020.
